Story
Kingdom Hearts II basically is a direct sequel to Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories which was only avaliable for play on the Game Boy Advance system. The story takes place two years after the events of the first game. Ever since the events in CoM, Sora and his friends have been asleep. When they awaken they will find themselves in the mysterious Twilight Town. Sora simply continues his journey forward in order to look for his two friends, Riku and Kairi, unaware of what had happened in the Castle Oblivion two years previously.
During the game you'll also learn of a young man by the name of Roxas, who has many similarities to Sora. Roxas grew up in Twilight Town, but for some reason left the area just right before Sora made it there. Just who is Roxas, and how much does he have in common with Sora? What about the Organization XIII? Just what are they up to? Will Sora ever reunite with Riku and Kairi? Many questions will be answered during the course of the game.
