Storyline
Two years have passed since the ultimate defeat of Sin and the forecoming of the Eternal Calm. One day Yuna came across a video sphere with images that looked like a friend that had traveled with them those two years before. Having her heart filled with hope from that sphere, Yuna decides to join a group of sphere hunters known as the Gullwings. Since then she has traveled with her partners in an attempt to discover more spheres of the man she saw and to hopefully reunite with him... someday.
But all is not well when now in Spira. It seems that the people are forgetting about the troubles of their past and new threats are rising. The former Yevon Religion has turned into "New Yevon" headed by a man by the name of Baralai. As some sort of resistance against "Yevon", another group known as the "Youth league" had formed headed by a man named Nooj. Between these two groups much tension has formed amoung Spirians. There is also one last group out there, known as the "Machina Faction" lead by the eccentric Gippal, which consists mostly of Al Bhed.
