Name: Kimahri Ronso
Age: 25
Height: 6'9"
Weapon: Lances
Ability: Blue Magic, Jump
Basic Profile:
Kimahri is a humanoid, a mix between a Lion-like creature and a human. These creatures are known as the Ronso and they mostly dwell up on Mt. Gagazet. However, Kimahri has been protecting Yuna ever since she was orphaned when she father, Braska, defeated Sin.

Kimahri is the most loyal of all of her guardians, and he would not even think twice about giving his life for the young woman.

Kimahri seems a bit cold and silent at the beginning - as he does not speak even one word.

Kimahri, of course, once lived on Mt. Gagazet with the other members of his tribe, however his horn was broken when he was young when he had a duel with one of the other members of the tribe, Biran. Due to having a broken horn, the other members of the tribe did not accept Kimahri and he was basically made to leave the mountain due to this.

While he was leaving the mountain ten years before, Kimahri discovered Auron outside of Bevelle. The man was dying and had told Kimahri about the High Summoner and his Daughter, Yuna. Auron told Kimahri that Braska had wished for Yuna to be removed from Bevelle and taken to Besaid, and asked Kimahri to do this for him.

Kimahri accepts and takes Yuna from Bevelle to the Isle of Besaid. He planned on leaving Yuna in the care of the Besaid Temple, but when he was on his way to leave Yuna begged him to stay, and he decided from there on out he would stay with and protect Yuna.

When Yuna officially became a summoner, Kimahri was her first guardian and the most loyal of the bunch. Around this time, Tidus came to Besaid. Kimahri didn't have a very good impression of the young man, seeing him as a threat, but slowly Kimahri begins to warm up to and accept Tidus, which shows when Kimahri finally begins to speak, offering words of advice to the young man.

During the game Kimahri meets with two members of the Ronso Tribe, Biran and Yenke, a few times. Each time he meets with them they make fun of him for only having a broken horn and basically call him the 'runt' of the tribe. Later on in Mt. Gagazet, the two of them fight two-on-one against Kimahri. When Kimahri defeats them, Biran is greatly impressed, saying that Kimahri had surpassed every other member of the Ronso tribe.

Later, Kimahri learns from Seymour that the man had slaughtered all of the Ronso on Mt. Gagazet. Kimahri finds that this is true - most of the Ronso on the Mountain were now dead.
