Story
Advent Children is set two years after the events of Final Fantasy VII. The planet is beginning to heal but there is now a disease known as Geostigma which has striken many people around the world. Many people have died from the disease, but it seems that the vast majority of those who have contracted this disease are the children, especially orphans. One person who has this disease is the main character, Cloud Strife. When he found out he had this disease, Cloud left the 7th Heaven (Where he was currently living with Tifa, Marlene, and Denzel.) and went to live in Aeris' church in order to keep his disease a secret from Tifa and the children. Though Cloud has the disease, he currently runs a delivery service.
Three strange figures have suddenly appeared. Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz. These three are searching for Jenova in order to complete the Reunion. With the new threats on the planet, Cloud is wondering if saving it was the correct thing to do, as even now people are suffering.
